4. Quality Management Principles

RKG Fashion Net shall:

4.1 Customer Focus

Understand and fulfill customer requirements regarding quality, fit, measurements, safety, performance, packaging, compliance, and delivery.

4.2 Supplier & Factory Evaluation

Source products only from approved factories that demonstrate:

  • Adequate production capability
  • Quality management systems
  • Social and environmental compliance
  • Safe working conditions
  • Consistent quality performance

Factories with certifications such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, OEKO-TEX, and equivalent standards will be preferred where buyer requirements apply.

4.3 Prevention Rather Than Correction

Focus on identifying and eliminating potential quality risks before production rather than correcting defects after production.

5. Quality Assurance Process
A. Development Stage
  • Review buyer specifications and technical packs.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis.
  • Approve fabrics, trims, and accessories.
  • Verify size specifications and measurements.
  • Obtain buyer approval for development and pre-production samples.
B. Pre-Production Stage
  • Conduct Pre-Production (PP) Meetings.
  • Review approved samples and quality requirements.
  • Confirm production standards and workmanship criteria.
  • Establish quality checkpoints and inspection plans.
C. Production Stage

Quality teams shall conduct:

  • Initial Production Inspection (IPI)
  • Inline Inspection
  • Midline Inspection
  • End-Line Inspection

Monitoring includes:
